If your on the ball with your hiphop you’d already know who the Delegates Of Culture are as of the year ’00. However at the same time I wouldn’t be that shocked to find out you don’t have a clue who they are… frankly the Delegates don’t get enough props! Hopefully your ignorance will end very soon, because this second full length CD by the Delegates is heavy like your grandma’s knickers full of lead-shot.

The Delegates of Culture formed during the summer months of ’99 – they brought themselves together from two Cambridge based collectives (Mental Minds & Co-Lab.Oration) in order to take their music to the next level of distribution and depth. Their collective aim is to make better music each n’ everyday – taking beats more tight and polished but still retaining the spontaneity and energy of freestyle delivery.
